Our Mission
Lift HI Foundation's (Lift HI) mission is to invest in the people and families of Hawai'i to live stable, healthy and fulfilling lives and thereby allow our local communities to flourish. We do this by providing training-to-"good job" pathways that make it easy for low income individuals to participate (free training with “income replacement”, short-term timeframe).
Our first pathway is in the healthcare field. Lift HI is partnering with Hawai'i Pacific Health to train individuals to become hospital nurse aides.

Our Hospital Nurse Aide Training
Hospital Nurse Aide Technical Skills
Trainees participate in 130 hours of technical training provided by Hawai'i Pacific Health medical professionals, including classroom learning and hands on clinical simulation.
Skills for Professional Success
Trainees gain critical work and life success skills including goal development, professionalism, communications, and other skills necessary to thrive in today's world.
Priority Job Consideration
Upon successful completion of the training, graduates will have resumes and interview skills ready to apply for work at Hawai'i Pacific Healthy-where they get priority job consideration-and beyond.
